About

Formally known as, Life after Naksa 1967, now self titled, Layla Darwish, is a compilation of my experiences as a political activist through various media, including poems, diary entries, and personal anecdotes from my personal experiences throughout the years as the daughter of indigenous Palestinians living in diaspora following the Six-Day War in 1967, with a childhood divided between the United States and in Palestine during the second Intifadah.
